Since they had come as peaceful traders they were well-comed by the Hindu rajas and their subjects , and were given full freedom not only to profess and practise their religion but also to preach and propagate it and they made full use of their freedom . चूकिं वे शांत व्यापारी के रूप में आये थे , हिंदू राजाओं और उनकी प्रजा ने उनका स्वसागत किया और उन्हें न केवल अपने धर्म को व्यक़्त करने तथा पालन करने की , बल्कि उसके प्रचार और शिक्षा देने की भी पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता दे दी .

While the administrators have complete freedom to implement the policies -LSB- approved by the Parliament in the best manner possible , they are nevertheless haunted and guided by the various viewpoints expressed on the floor of the House . यद्यापि प्रशासकों के लिए संसद द्वारा स्वीक्Qत नीतियों को यथासंभव बेहतर से बेहतर तरीके से कार्यान्वित करने की पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता रहती है , तथापि सदन में व्यक़्त किए गए विभिन्न विचारों का उन पर गहरा प्रभाव रहता है और उनसे उनका मार्गदर्शन होता है .

The Congress , however , adopted the Nehru Report at its Calcutta Session -LRB- December 1928 -RRB- with the proviso that if Dominion status was not conceded within one year , the Nehru Report would lapse and the Congress would revert to its policy of complete independence . Zफिर भी कांग्रेस ने कलकत्ता सेशन में नेहरू रिपोर्ट को मान्य किया ( दिसंबर 1928 ) , प्रावधान के साथ कि यदि एक वर्ष में स्वतंत्र उपनिवेश का दर्जा नहीं दिया गया तो नेहरू रिपोर्ट रद्द कर मानी जायेगी तथा काग्रेस पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता की अपनी नीति पर वापिस आ जायेगी .
